Housing Support Services definition

Housing Support Services means services approved by division, provided to an individual to obtain and reside in an independent community setting and are tailored to the goal of maintaining an individual's personalhealth and welfare in a home and community-based setting as they are transitioning from an inpatient or residential facility that provides substance use disorder treatment.¶
