Request for Information (RFI means a written request by Contractor directed to A/E or ODR for a clarification of the information provided in the Contract Documents or for direction concerning information necessary to perform the Work that may be omitted from the Contract Documents.
Trade Reference means a reference concerning the creditworthiness of the Bidder given by another business that extends credit to the Bidder, such as a supplier.
Requests for Information means a request for information or an apparent request under the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information, FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations;
Terms Incorporated by Reference means the Non-Cleared Swap Agreement(s) governing the Trade memorialized in the Trade Communication.
Amendment to Allege Use or similar filing with respect thereto, by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, only to the extent, if any, that, and solely during the period if any, in which, the grant of a security interest therein may impair the validity or enforceability of such intent-to-use (or similar) Trademark application under applicable federal Law,
information folder means the complete folder, including the information document, file, data, drawings, photographs, and so on, supplied by the applicant, it being permissible to supply the information folder in the form of an electronic file;
Potential to emit means the maximum capacity of a stationary source to emit a pollutant under its physical and operational design. Any physical or operational limitation on the capacity of the source to emit a pollutant, including air pollution control equipment and restrictions on hours of operation or on the type or amount of material combusted, stored, or processed, shall be treated as part of its design if the limitation or the effect it would have on emissions is federally enforceable. Secondary emissions do not count in determining the potential to emit of a stationary source.
Current significant investigative information means investigative information that a licensing board, after an inquiry or investigation that includes notification and an opportunity for the audiologist or speech-language pathologist to respond, if required by state law, has reason to believe is not groundless and, if proved true, would indicate more than a minor infraction.
Request for Information shall have the meaning set out in FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations as relevant (where the meaning set out for the term “request” shall apply).
Information Technology (IT means data processing, telecommunications, and office systems technologies and services:

Standard Terms means the document titled ‘Service Agreement - Standard Terms’ version 1.1, published on the website at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xx or such other website as We may from time to time notify You, as updated or replaced from time to time in accordance with clause 1.2(d)
Standard Terms of Supply means the standard terms and conditions for Call-off Contracts set out in Schedule 5.
Documents Incorporated by Reference means all financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports or other documents issued by the Corporation, whether before or after the date of this Agreement, that are required by NI 44-101 to be incorporated by reference into the Prospectus or any Prospectus Amendment;
Licensed health care provider means a physician, physician assistant, chiropractor, advanced registered nurse practitioner, nurse, physical therapist, or athletic trainer licensed by a board.
right to information means the right to information accessible under this Act which is held by or under the control of any public authority and includes the right to—
Promotion of Access to Information Act ’ means the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000);
Proprietary Information and Technology means any and all of the following: works of authorship, computer programs, source code and executable code, whether embodied in software, firmware or otherwise, assemblers, applets, compilers, user interfaces, application programming interfaces, protocols, architectures, documentation, annotations, comments, designs, files, records, schematics, test methodologies, test vectors, emulation and simulation tools and reports, hardware development tools, models, tooling, prototypes, breadboards and other devices, data, data structures, databases, data compilations and collections, inventions (whether or not patentable), invention disclosures, discoveries, improvements, technology, proprietary and confidential ideas and information, know-how and information maintained as trade secrets, tools, concepts, techniques, methods, processes, formulae, patterns, algorithms and specifications, customer lists and supplier lists and any and all instantiations or embodiments of the foregoing or any Intellectual Property Rights in any form and embodied in any media.
Ready-to-eat food means food that is in a form that is edible without washing, cooking, or additional preparation by the food establishment or the consumer and that is reasonably expected to be consumed in that form. Ready-to-eat food includes:
Business Contact Information means the names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of a party’s personnel, officers and directors and, with respect to Client, such information regarding Client’s vendors and customers that Accenture may have access to in maintaining the parties’ business relationship.
Secret Matter means any matter connected with or arising out of the performance of this Contract which has been, or may hereafter be, by a notice in writing given by the Customer to the Supplier be designated ‘top secret’, ‘secret’, or ‘confidential’;
Investigative information means information, records, and documents received or generated by a physical therapy licensing board pursuant to an investigation.
Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.
Registration Information means information about an individual that is collected for the purpose of registering the individual for the provision of health services, and includes the individual’s health services number and any other number assigned to the individual as part of a system of unique identifying numbers that is prescribed in the regulations.
