HSE Requirements definition

HSE Requirements has the meaning in Clause 13.1.
HSE Requirements means all health, safety and environmental requirements applicable to the provision of the Services, under any applicable Laws and in accordance with Sarawak Energy's HSE policy;
HSE Requirements. : means documents and/or requirements (relevant to HSE) that complements this HSE Terms and contains project specific HSE obligations, generally included in ENEL Technical Specifications and/or in a document that details Particular Conditions which is an annex to the Contract.

More Definitions of HSE Requirements

HSE Requirements means any direction, instruction, request or requirement relevant or necessary for compliance by Watpac or the Supplier with HSE Legislation or otherwise in respect of safety at the Site, and including any such matter of which the Supplier has been informed by Watpac orally or in writing.
HSE Requirements. ENEL Technical Specifications included in the Contract, legal and other HSE requirements applicable in the Country. “Incident”: an unplanned and undesired event in which an injury or ill health occurred or could have occurred.

HSE Requirements means all federal, state, local and foreign statutes, regulations, ordinances and other provisions having the force or effect of Law, all judicial and administrative orders and determinations, and all common law, in each case concerning public health and safety, worker health and safety and pollution or protection of the environment (including, without limitation, all those relating to the presence, production, generation, handling, transport, treatment, storage, disposal, distribution, labeling, testing, processing, discharge, Release, threatened Release, or cleanup of any hazardous or otherwise regulated materials, substances or wastes, chemical substances or mixtures, pesticides, pollutants, contaminants, toxic chemicals, petroleum products or byproducts, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, noise or radiation).
HSE Requirements means all health, safety and environmental requirements applicable to the provision of the Services, under any applicable Laws or in accordance with Sarawak Energy's policies;
HSE Requirements means the health, safety and environmental requirements of the Charterer and the Operator each as set out in ‎schedule 4 – Health, Safety and Environmental Requirements;
