Hydrocarbons Act means the Ley 34/1998, of 7 of October del Sector de Hidrobcarburos (Hydrocarbons' Sector Act) as amended from time to time; 8.1.5. “Liquefied Natural Gas” or “LNG” means Natural Gas in a liquid state at or below its boiling point and at or near a pressure of approximately one (1) atmosphere absolute. 8.1.6. “Negative Imbalance Price”” means the price, as defined in Article 8.7 of the Balancing Circular, that would have been chargeable in respect of a Day by the Network Operator under the Master Agreement to a User with a negative daily imbalance, assuming the User has a tolerance in the Balancing Zone, as applicable, of zero per cent; 8.1.7. “Positive Imbalance Price” means the price, as defined in Article 8.7 of the Balancing Circular, that would have been payable in respect of a Day by the Relevant Network Operator under the Master Agreement to a User with a positive daily imbalance, assuming the User has a tolerance in the Balancing Zone, as applicable, of zero per cent and that the User has not booked a Self-Generated Additional Capacity Contract; con las Transacciones TVB también se compensarán unos con otros, pero salvo que así se acuerde y se refleje en la Parte II de este Apéndice TVB, los pagos en relación con los Contratos Individuales de Gas Natural no se compensarán con los pagos en relación con las Transacciones TVB.” 8. Hydrocarbons Act means the Ley 34/1998, of 7 of October del Sector de Hidrobcarburos (Hydrocarbons' Sector Act), as amended from time to time; 9.1.4 “MS-ATR”: means secondary market platform within the SL-ATR. 9.1.5 "Network Operator" shall mean Enagás GTS SAU or its successors as operator of the national transportation gas network in Spain; 9.1.6. “NGTS” means Normas de Gestión Técnica del Sistema (System Technical Operation Network Code), as set out in Orden ITC/3126/2005, of 5 October, as amended from time to time; 9.1.7 “SL-ATR” means Sistema Logístico de Acceso de Terceros a la Red (Logistic System for Third Party Access to the Network), set out in the NGTS, which is the communication electronic system operated by the Network Operator; 9.1.8 “Time Limit” means time limit set out in the NGTS to nominate or renominate in the SL-ATR; 9.1.9 “Unit Value(s)” means the various monetary values agreed on an individual basis from time to time by the Parties for the purposes of § 8.1 (Underdelivery ), § 8.2 (Under Acceptance), § 8.3 (Overdelivery) and § 8.4 (Over Acceptance) of the General Agreement and expressed either as a percentage of the Contract Price or as a Euro/kWh amount; 9.2 by the amendment of the following definitions: 9.2.1 "Taxes" means any tax, levy, impost, duty, charge, assessment, royalty, tariff, fee, regulated toll, loss or charge (peajes, mermas y cánones regulados) of any nature (including interest, penalties and additions thereto) that is imposed by any government, ministry, national regulator or other taxing authority in respect of any payment, nomination and allocation under any Individual Contract, on Natural Gas, or on the sale, transportation or supply of Natural Gas.   • Regulated air pollutant means the following:

  • CFTC Regulations means the rules and regulations promulgated by the CFTC, as amended.

  • Petroleum liquids means crude oil, condensate, and any finished or intermediate products manufactured or extracted in a petroleum refinery.

  • FAIS Act means the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (Act No. 37 of 2002);

  • Oil and Gas Properties means (a) Hydrocarbon Interests; (b) the Properties now or hereafter pooled or unitized with Hydrocarbon Interests; (c) all presently existing or future unitization, pooling agreements and declarations of pooled units and the units created thereby (including without limitation all units created under orders, regulations and rules of any Governmental Authority) which may affect all or any portion of the Hydrocarbon Interests; (d) all operating agreements, contracts and other agreements, including production sharing contracts and agreements, which relate to any of the Hydrocarbon Interests or the production, sale, purchase, exchange or processing of Hydrocarbons from or attributable to such Hydrocarbon Interests; (e) all Hydrocarbons in and under and which may be produced and saved or attributable to the Hydrocarbon Interests, including all oil in tanks, and all rents, issues, profits, proceeds, products, revenues and other incomes from or attributable to the Hydrocarbon Interests; (f) all tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and Properties in any manner appertaining, belonging, affixed or incidental to the Hydrocarbon Interests and (g) all Properties, rights, titles, interests and estates described or referred to above, including any and all Property, real or personal, now owned or hereinafter acquired and situated upon, used, held for use or useful in connection with the operating, working or development of any of such Hydrocarbon Interests or Property (excluding drilling rigs, automotive equipment, rental equipment or other personal Property which may be on such premises for the purpose of drilling a well or for other similar temporary uses) and including any and all oil xxxxx, gas xxxxx, injection xxxxx or other xxxxx, buildings, structures, fuel separators, liquid extraction plants, plant compressors, pumps, pumping units, field gathering systems, tanks and tank batteries, fixtures, valves, fittings, machinery and parts, engines, boilers, meters, apparatus, equipment, appliances, tools, implements, cables, wires, towers, casing, tubing and rods, surface leases, rights-of-way, easements and servitudes together with all additions, substitutions, replacements, accessions and attachments to any and all of the foregoing.
