Illinois UCC definition

Illinois UCC means the Illinois Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time.

Illinois UCC means the Illinois Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of Illinois.

Illinois UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as now in effect in the State of Illinois, “New York UCC” shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as now in effect in the State of New York and “Texas UCC” shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as now in effect in the State of Texas.
