Imbalance Management Services definition

Imbalance Management Services means the options available to Customers for resolution of imbalances prior to the application of the cash-out mechanism set forth in Section 11 of the General Terms and Conditions. These options include: TABS, Park and Loan, OBA (where applicable) and Imbalance Netting and Trading.

Imbalance Management Services means such services that enable customers or shippers to manage their imbalances in an orderly fashion;

Imbalance Management Services means the options available to Shippers for resolution of imbalances prior to the application of the cash-out mechanism set forth in Section 23 of the General Terms and Conditions. These options include TABS, OBA (where applicable), PAL Service and Imbalance Netting and Trading and may include services offered by Transporter's Shippers or third parties.
