Independent Accessory Product definition

Independent Accessory Product means (a) any apparatus, component, accessory, disposable or Consumable which is (i) designed specifically for, (ii) intended or marketed for sale or sold for use with, and (iii) physically integrated in or physically attached to, a Gillette Joint Independent Product, or (b) any Independent Product Lotion and shall not include any lotions or gels other than the Independent Product Lotion.

Independent Accessory Product means any apparatus, component, accessory, disposable or Consumable which is (a) designed specifically for, (b) intended or marketed for sale or sold for use with, and (c) physically integrated in or physically attached to, an Independent Product; provided, however, that “Independent Product” shall exclude any Topical. “Independent Product” shall mean (a) any Light-Based Hair Management Product that is not a Female Product and that is intended or marketed for use in the Field, (b) Independent Accessory Products with respect thereto, (c) Independent Product Topicals for such Light-Based Hair Management Product, and (d) any Improvement to any of the foregoing. “Independent Product Topical” shall mean any Topical that is (a) marketed for sale or sold for use with a Light-Based Device constituting an Independent Product, and (b) intended to be Used with such Light-Based Device.

Independent Accessory Product means (a) any apparatus, component, accessory, disposable or Consumable which is (i) designed specifically for, (ii) intended or marketed for sale or sold for use with, and (iii) physically integrated in or physically attached to, a Xxxxxxxx Joint Independent Product, or (b) any Independent Product Lotion and shall not include any lotions or gels other than the Independent Product Lotion. “Independent Product” shall mean any Light-Based Hair Management Product that is not a Female Product and that is intended or marketed for use in the Field, and all Improvements thereto. “Independent Product Lotion” shall mean any lotion, gel, cream, powder or similar formulation that is (a) designed specifically for use with, (b) approved by the FDA for use with, and (c) essential for the functionality of, a Xxxxxxxx Joint Independent Product. “Information and Inventions” shall mean all technical, scientific and other know-how and information, trade secrets, knowledge, technology, means, methods, processes, practices, formulas, instructions, skills, techniques, procedures, experiences, ideas, technical assistance, designs, drawings, assembly procedures, computer programs, apparatuses, specifications, data, results and other material, pre-clinical and clinical trial results, Manufacturing procedures, test procedures and purification and isolation techniques, (whether or not confidential, proprietary, patented or patentable or otherwise protectable) in written, electronic or any other form now known or hereafter developed, and all Improvements, whether to the foregoing or otherwise, and other discoveries, developments and inventions (whether or not confidential, proprietary, patented or patentable or otherwise protectable). “Initial Prototypes” shall mean the six (6) Prototypes that Palomar is required pursuant to the R&D Plan to deliver to Xxxxxxxx at or near the beginning of the R&D Period. “Joint Inventions” shall mean any and all Information and Inventions that are (a) first conceived or reduced to practice jointly (as determined under U.S. patent law) by or on behalf of representatives, employees, agents or research partners of Palomar and representatives, employees, agents or research partners of Xxxxxxxx during the term of the Agreement, either together or jointly (as determined under U.S. patent law) with a Third Party(ies), (b) first conceived or reduced to practice by or on behalf of representatives, employees, agents or research partners of Xxxxxxxx, either alon...

Related to Independent Accessory Product

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

Milk products include the following:

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Product Know-How means Know-How

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.
