Housing and Transportation. A. The Theatre shall provide suitable (i.e., clean and safe) housing accommodations (with a kitchen) to the Director and/or Choreographer for each day or part thereof that they are required to be away from home overnight in connection with their duties to be performed hereunder. If a kitchen is not to be provided, the Director and/or Choreographer shall be notified of such in writing before executing a Contract. The Theatre shall make best efforts to provide Wi-Fi internet. The Theatre shall have a reasonable time to cure any failure to provide such access, and in no event shall such failure constitute a material breach of this agreement.
B. If housing accommodations are more than one-half (1/2) mile from the place of rehearsal and/or the Theatre, the Theatre shall either provide transportation for the Director and/or Choreographer or pay for non-public transportation for any trip requested or required by the Theatre. The Theatre shall also provide or pay for transportation if the Director or Choreographer must travel more than one- half (1/2) mile for food, laundry or other living necessities. All transportation shall be safe and secure. When the Theatre requires the Director and/or Choreographer to rent a vehicle, the Theatre shall pay for or reimburse the Director and/or Choreographer for the cost of the vehicle and liability and collision insurance.
C. If the Director and/or Choreographer prefers housing other than that offered by the Theatre, the Theatre shall have no further responsibility for either housing or local transportation, unless otherwise agreed.
D. If the Director and/or Choreographer lives outside of a fifty (50)-mile radius of the Theatre and elects to commute to the Theatre, the Theatre shall reimburse the Director and/or Choreographer for all receipted commutation expenses up to an amount equal to the actual savings to the Theatre occasioned by relief from the obligation to provide housing, as specified in paragraph (A) above.
E. The Theatre shall provide one round-trip to and from the Theatre by economy or jet excursion air transportation for distances in excess of 250 miles and rail coach transportation for distances of 250 miles or less, if available, and, if not, bus transportation. If the Director and/or Choreographer elects to use their own motor transportation, they shall be reimbursed for their expenses up to but not to exceed the cost of transportation as specified in this paragraph.

Housing and Transportation. The Company provides an allowance to Executive Employee to secure suitable and appropriate accommodation for the Executive Employee and his/her immediate family. The allowance will not exceed $5,000 per month and be fully inclusive: utilities, satellite TV, domestic staff, inter alia. The allowance will be reviewed by Company and Executive Employee for appropriateness as and when the housing rental market or assignment location changes. The Company will provide additional furniture for the rented accommodation at the assigned location up to $15,000 in value. The furniture will remain the property of the Company. Company will provide a dedicated driver and suitable vehicle for the term of employment.
Housing and Transportation. The Company shall pay or the Executive shall be reimbursed for the Executive’s reasonable and documented transportation and temporary housing expenses associated with the Executive’s travel to the Company’s principal executive office during the six-month period immediately following the Effective Date, up to a maximum of $10,000 per month.
Housing and Transportation. It is understood that employees will be housed in the fire station while on duty. If employees who do not reside on Lanai or within the first-in response district of Hana are unable to return home at the end of a shift for reasons beyond their control, the Employer will provide adequate lodging. Employees assigned to the Lanai station and who do not reside on Lanai shall be transported to and from the Lanai embarkation/debarkation point and shall be furnished or reimbursed for transportation equal to one (1) round trip from the island of Maui or Molokai to Lanai at the least cost to the Employer for each 72-hour work shift or portion thereof. Employees who reside on Lanai and are assigned to the Lanai station and who voluntarily relocate from Lanai to another island within the County of Maui shall be eligible to receive furnished transportation or reimbursement therefor. Employees relocating from Maui County to another jurisdiction in the State of Hawaii for hardship reasons, as determined by the Fire Chief, shall be eligible to receive furnished transportation or reimbursement therefor not to exceed the rate paid to employees traveling between Lanai and Maui. The provisions in this Section may be applied at other work sites by mutual agreement.
Housing and Transportation. HU will assist, but not guarantee or warrant, SBC students in seeking housing and agrees to provide the same level of support to SBC students that is provided to all other HU students who are seeking housing. However, housing is the sole and exclusive responsibility of SBC students upon arrival in Harrisburg. SBC students are also responsible for transportation to and from HU campus if required. XX will assist SBC students in securing transportation and agrees to provide the same level of support to SBC students that is provided to HU students who are seeking transportation.

If a Director and/or Choreographer does not maintain a residence within a fifty-mile radius of the Theatre, the Theatre shall provide at its expense Tourist-class transportation, consisting of at least one (1) round-trip ticket for auditions and one (1) round-trip ticket for the employment period, and mutually acceptable housing accommodations for each day or part thereof the Director and/or Choreographer is required by the Theatre to be in New York City.
B. If the Director and/or Choreographer is required by the Theatre to attend an audition outside of New York City and overnight accommodations are required, the Theatre shall provide mutually acceptable housing accommodations.
C. All reimbursable expenses shall be paid directly to Director and/or Choreographer.

B. If the Director and/or Choreographer is required by the Theatre to attend an audition where overnight accommodations are required, the Theatre shall provide mutually acceptable housing accommodations.
C. All reimbursable expenses shall be paid directly to Director and/or Choreographer.
Housing and Transportation. Employer will reimburse Employee for mutually agreeable, reasonable furnished housing and transportation for Employee while Employee is in Monterey pursuant to this Agreement.
Housing and Transportation. For any period of time during your employment while your primary residence is outside of the metro area around the Company’s headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN, the Company will reimburse your expenses for maintaining housing and transportation in the metro area surrounding Eden Prairie, MN, provided that such reimbursement will not exceed $100,000 annually. Executive Physical: During your employment with the Company, you will be entitled to a Company-paid annual executive physical examination at a facility of your choice. Use of Corporate Aircraft: During your employment with the Company, you will be eligible for personal use of the Company’s aircraft upon such terms and conditions determined by the Company and subject to a maximum value of $100,000 determined in accordance with the rules valuing perquisites under Section 402 of Regulation S-K. Business Expenses: You will be reimbursed for all legitimate and necessary business expenses, including mileage, in accordance with the Company’s normal reimbursement policies and procedures.
