Information Documents definition

Information Documents means at any time any memorandum, lender’s presentation or other written information, in each case as then supplemented or amended and including any documents attached thereto or incorporated by reference therein, prepared by the Arrangers with the assistance of Parent and given to any Lender in connection with the Transactions.
Information Documents means information of any type and in any form related to the Project and identified in the Contract Documents as such, but which does not form part of the Contract unless specifically incorporated therein.
Information Documents means the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020 together with all schedules and exhibits thereto, including those incorporated therein by reference, as filed with the Commission pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Examples of Information Documents in a sentence

  • DB Contractor acknowledges and agrees that it had the opportunity and obligation, prior to the Effective Date, to review the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents (including those Reference Information Documents that are referenced in the Contract Documents, and pursuant to Section 1.2.3 above, are considered Contract Documents) and to bring to the attention of TxDOT any conflicts or ambiguities contained therein.

  • Except as provided in Section 1.2.3: (a) the Reference Information Documents are not mandatory or binding on DB Contractor, and (b) DB Contractor is not entitled to rely on the Reference Information Documents as presenting a design, engineering, operating or maintenance solutions or other direction, means or methods for complying with the requirements of the Contract Documents, Governmental Approvals or Law.

  • DB Contractor shall promptly notify TxDOT in writing of all Errors which it may discover in the Contract Documents (including those Reference Information Documents that are referenced in the Contract Documents, and pursuant to Section 1.2.3 above, are considered Contract Documents), and shall obtain specific instructions in writing from TxDOT regarding any such Error before proceeding with the Work affected thereby.

  • The Reference Information Documents are not mandatory or binding on Maintenance Contractor.

  • The Reference Information Documents shall be deemed incorporated in the Contract Documents solely to the extent that they are so referenced, with the same order of priority as the Contract Document in which the reference occurs; provided, however, that DB Contractor shall only be entitled to rely on portions of the Reference Information Documents for increases to the Price and extensions of Completion Deadlines to the extent identified in Exhibit 3.

Information Documents means any information, data, reports or other material relating to the Work or the Place of the Work provided to Bidders pursuant to Clause 17 of the Instructions to Bidders.

Information Documents means those documents, including the information contained therein, of any type and in any form, related to the Project that are made available to the Bidder by the Department for the purpose of providing the Bidder with access to information available to the Province, including but not limited to documents made available through those websites listed in Section 1.3, Tender Information Documents.
