Initial Operating Plan means the summary financial projections of the future cash flows of the Project as set out in Schedule A.

• Within thirty (30) days after the execution of this Agreement, the parties shall agree upon an Initial Operating Plan for the Business Unit, which plan (a) shall set forth the launch plan; the marketing, sales, and distribution plan; and the technical support and training plans for the Business Unit and the Localized Software and (b) shall cover the period from the Effective Date through March 31, 1999 (the "Initial Operating Plan").

• The initial staffing for the Business Unit shall be as set forth in the Initial Operating Plan described in Section 3.3. SMOJ shall seek the comments of PSI in advance regarding the manager to be appointed for the Business Unit,.

• Each of the Members agrees to make the additional Capital Contributions set forth in the Initial Capital Contribution Schedule, which is contained in the Initial Operating Plan (“Initial Operating Plan Contributions”).

More Definitions of Initial Operating Plan

Initial Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.3(a).

Initial Operating Plan means the operating plan dated November 2005, based upon the Development Plan and beginning with Mechanical Completion, and containing the quantitative operating input projections and supporting qualitative information for the Life of Mine. Such projections will be prepared on a monthly basis for the first production year, on a semi-annual basis for the succeeding two years and annually for subsequent years.

Initial Operating Plan means the 33 year mine plan which has annual details of projected tonnage, grade, metallurgical recoveries and gold projections attached as Schedule C hereto.
