Initial Series B Notes definition

Initial Series B Notes means the Series B Notes issued on the Issue Date and any Notes issued in replacement thereof, but not including any Exchange Notes issued in exchange therefor.
Initial Series B Notes means the Series B Notes issued under this Indenture on the Issue Date.
Initial Series B Notes means the Series B 2020-A Fixed Rate Notes in the initial Outstanding Principal Balance of $42,100,000, issued on the Initial Closing Date and designated “Series B Notes”.
