Initial Series B Notes definition

Initial Series B Notes means the Series B Notes issued on the Issue Date and any Notes issued in replacement thereof, but not including any Exchange Notes issued in exchange therefor.
Initial Series B Notes means the Series B Notes issued under this Indenture on the Issue Date.
Initial Series B Notes means the Series B 2017-A Fixed Rate Notes in the initial Outstanding Principal Balance of $42,000,000, issued on the Initial Closing Date and designated “Series B Notes”.

  • The Initial Series B Notes and any Additional Series B Notes issued after the Closing Date shall be treated as a single class for all purposes under this Indenture; provided that Initial Series B Notes and any issuance of Additional Series B Notes that would not be treated as part of the same issue under Treasury Regulation Section 1.1275-1(f) or Section 1.1275-2(k) will have different CUSIP numbers or other identification numbers, as applicable.

  • The Series B Notes include the Initial Series B Notes (as defined in the Indenture) (as increased by any Series B PIK Interest (as defined in the Indenture)) and any Additional Notes of this Series (the “Additional Series B Notes”).

  • The Initial Series B Notes and any Additional Series B Notes are treated as a single class of securities for all purposes under the Indenture, including, without limitation, waivers, amendments, redemptions and offers to purchase; provided that if the Additional Series B Notes are not fungible with the Initial Series B Notes for U.S. Federal income tax purposes, the Additional Series B Notes will have a separate CUSIP number, if applicable.

  • The Series A Notes and the Initial Series B Notes shall have different CUSIP, ISIN or such other numbers.

  • This Series B Note is one of the Initial Series B Notes referred to in the Indenture.

  • The Issuers have duly authorized the execution and delivery of this Indenture to provide for the issuance of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Initial Series B Notes issuable as provided in this Indenture.
