Initial Warranty Period definition

Initial Warranty Period means the first to occur of (i) *** following installation of a Gateway Terminal at a Gateway site by a Contractor-certified Installer or (ii) *** from the date of delivery of a Gateway Terminal to AIL or a Service Provider.
Initial Warranty Period means the period beginning with the first delivery of any portion of the System for testing and ending one (1) year after Final System Acceptance.
