LEP Amendment definition

LEP Amendment means Planning Proposal PP_2018_PENRI_004_00 to amend clause 4.3 and 4.4 of the LEP to increase the maximum height of building from 32 metres (10-11 storeys) to 61 metres (19-20 storeys) and the maximum floor space ratio from 3.5:1 to 5.5:1. This is to allow the redevelopment of the Station Plaza Shopping Centre to allow mixed-use development, including apartments, upgraded shops, and commercial premises. LRS means Land Registry Services NSW. Maintenance Period means a period of 5 years, commencing on the date that the Occupation Certificate is issued for the Public Plaza that is constructed on the Offset Land.
LEP Amendment means the amendment to the LEP known as the ‘Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 - Amendment - AMP Circular Quay Precinct’, as contemplated by planning proposal PP_2013_SYDNE_007_00. Lessee means any lessee who holds a registered lease over any part of the Land. Lot means each lot or individual parcel comprising the Land.
LEP Amendment means an amendment to the LEP as described in the Planning Proposal.

LEP Amendment means an amendment to the LEP as a consequence of the Planning Proposal. Map means the map in Schedule 4.
LEP Amendment means an amendment to the LEP in response to the Developer's rezoning application to Council numbered RZ-3/2017, including the rezoning of the Land or a substantial part of the Land in accordance with the plans at Annexure B. LRS means Land Registry Services NSW. Maintenance Period means a period of 5 years, commencing on the earlier of:

Maintain, in relation to a Work, means keep in a good state of repair and working order, and includes repair of any damage to the Work. Occupation Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act. LEP Amendment means an amendment to the LEP giving effect to the Planning Proposal. LEP Amendment Date means the date the LEP Amendment takes effect. Lot means a part of the Land comprising a lot, and a reference to ‘Lot’ followed by a number is a reference to a Lot having that number.
LEP Amendment means the environmental planning instrument that is made and commences operation in accordance with Part 3 of the Act, and which amends Holroyd LEP substantially in accordance with the Planning Proposal. Planning Proposal means the supporting town planning report prepared by JBA Urban Planning Consultants Pty Ltd dated 4 November 2015 requesting the Council to rezone the Land under Holroyd LEP to allow the Urban Redevelopment Project to be carried out. Preliminary Dedication Plan means the plan attached at Schedule 1 which identifies the indicative location of the Development Contributions on the Land. Preliminary Staging Plan means the staging plan attached at Schedule 2 which identifies the indicative staging of the Urban Redevelopment Project. Stage means a stage of the Urban Redevelopment Project identified in the Preliminary Staging Plan. Urban Redevelopment Project means the proposal by the Developer to develop the Land for the purposes as described in the Planning Proposal. SCHEDULE 1 PRELIMINARY DEDICATION PLAN
LEP Amendment means an amendment to the LEP to which the Planning Proposal relates. Map means the map in Schedule 3. Occupation Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act. Party means a party to this Deed. Planning Proposal means a planning proposal within the meaning of s3.33 of the Act as detailed in Item 2 of Schedule 1. Public Access Easement means an easement in gross for public access 3 metres wide in the approximate location shown on the Plan of Public Access Easement in Schedule 5 on terms set out in Schedule 6, which when registered burdens the Land and benefits the Council as prescribed authority. Novation Deed means the document attached at Schedule 4. Regulation means the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021. Residential GFA means the gross floor area attributable to residential uses within the Development.
LEP Amendment means an amendment to the LEP to which the Planning Proposal relates. Map means the map in Schedule 3. Occupation Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act. Part 6 Certificate means a certificate under Part 6 of the Act Party means a party to this Deed.
