LEP Amendment definition

LEP Amendment means Planning Proposal PP_2018_PENRI_004_00 to amend clause 4.3 and 4.4 of the LEP to increase the maximum height of building from 32 metres (10-11 storeys) to 61 metres (19-20 storeys) and the maximum floor space ratio from 3.5:1 to 5.5:1. This is to allow the redevelopment of the Station Plaza Shopping Centre to allow mixed-use development, including apartments, upgraded shops, and commercial premises. LRS means Land Registry Services NSW. Maintenance Period means a period of 5 years, commencing on the date that the Occupation Certificate is issued for the Public Plaza that is constructed on the Offset Land.
LEP Amendment means the amendment to the LEP known as the ‘Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 - Amendment - AMP Circular Quay Precinct’, as contemplated by planning proposal PP_2013_SYDNE_007_00. Lessee means any lessee who holds a registered lease over any part of the Land. Lot means each lot or individual parcel comprising the Land.
LEP Amendment means an amendment to the LEP as described in the Planning Proposal.

More Definitions of LEP Amendment

LEP Amendment means an amendment to the LEP as a result of the Planning Proposal. Maintain, in relation to a Work, means keep in a good state of repair and working order, and includes repair of any damage to the Work. Maintenance Period, in relation to a Work, means the period of specified in Column 5 of the table in Schedule 2 commencing on the day immediately after a Work is completed for the purposes of this Deed. Xxxx Xxxx Additional Development means development, within the meaning of the Act, of the Xxxx Xxxx Land involving subdivision of the Xxxx Xxxx Land to create any Final Lot over 7,756 Final Lots. Xxxx Xxxx Development means the development, within the meaning of the Act, of the Xxxx Xxxx Land the subject of the Xxxx Xxxx Planning Agreement. Xxxx Xxxx Land means the land to which the Xxxx Xxxx Planning Agreement applies.
LEP Amendment means an amendment to the LEP as a consequence of the Planning Proposal. Map means the map in Schedule 4.
LEP Amendment means an amendment to the LEP as made by the local plan-making authority under s3.36(2) of the Act in respect of the Planning Proposal. Planning Proposal means the planning proposal, within the meaning of Section 3.33 of the Act with reference number PP2015/0005 (prepared by Xxxxxxx Urban Pty Ltd with supporting documents) that proposes amendments to the LEP to:  Increase the maximum floor space ratio for the Land from 3:1 to 4.0:1 (including a minimum non-residential floor space ratio of 0.5:1); and  Increase the maximum building height on the Land from 23m to a range of heights of 23m, 30m, 40m, 55m and 60m, received by Council 30 May 2018 and considered by Council on 27 August 2018 pursuant to which a gateway determination was issued under s3.34 of the Act and as amended in May 2019 and as revised from time to time pursuant to s3.35 of the Act. LEP Amendment means an amendment to the LEP giving effect to the Planning Proposal. LEP Amendment Date means the date the LEP Amendment takes effect. Lot means a part of the Land comprising a lot, and a reference to ‘Lot’ followed by a number is a reference to a Lot having that number.
