Interactive Areas definition

Interactive Areas means the Site's publicly accessible blogs, community forums, comments sections, discussion forums, training material, certification portal, event registration or other interactive features.
Interactive Areas means bulletin boards, email services, discussion groups, messaging systems, including instant messaging facilities, and other public areas that allow interactivity between users of our Sites and/or feedback to be provided to us.
Interactive Areas means the Site’s publicly accessible blogs, community forums, comments sections, discussion forums, or other interactive features.

  • Any use of the Interactive Areas or other portions of the Site in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Interactive Areas and/or the Site.

  • As the Interactive Areas are often public, you understand your User-Generated Content may be made and remain public.


More Definitions of Interactive Areas

Interactive Areas. The Site may contain sections, discussion forums, bulletin boards, or other interactive features (“Interactive Areas”) in which you may post or upload comments or user-generated content such as photos, messages, or other items (collectively, “User Content”). You are solely responsible for your use of any Interactive Areas. Use of Interactive Areas is at your own risk. By submitting User Content in an Interactive Area, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older. Children under the age of 13 years are prohibited from using this Site. If you are under the age of 18 and submit User Content, you represent that you either are an emancipated minor or have obtained the legal consent of your parent or legal guardian to enter into and fulfill the obligations of this Agreement.
Interactive Areas means any discussion forums, blogs, private messages, emails, or other interactive features of the Services.
Interactive Areas means the Site’s publicly accessible blogs, community forums, comments sections, discussion forums, or other interactive features. "Looker", "we" and "us" mean Looker Data Sciences, Inc.
Interactive Areas means those elements of the Learning Services Platform that enable Members to interact and collaborate, such as interactive forums, communities and similar collaboration features including without limitation enabling Member interaction with assigned Mentors.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • High radiation area means an area, accessible to individuals, in which radiation levels from radiation sources external to the body could result in an individual receiving a dose equivalent in excess of one mSv (0.1 rem) in one hour at 30 centimeters from any source of radiation or 30 centimeters from any surface that the radiation penetrates.

  • Dining area means a public room or area in which meals are regularly served.

  • Play area means an area of frequent soil contact by children of less than six years of age as indicated by, but not limited to, factors including the following: the presence of play equipment (sandboxes, swing sets, and sliding boards), toys, or other children’s possessions, observations of play patterns, or information provided by parents, residents, caregivers, or property owners.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Campsite means any place where bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established, or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.

  • Geographic Service Area or “Service Area” means an area as defined in Section 1345(k) of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.

  • Radiation area means any area, accessible to individuals, in which radiation levels could result in an individual receiving a dose equivalent in excess of 0.05 mSv (0.005 rem) in 1 hour at 30 centimeters from the source of radiation or from any surface that the radiation penetrates.
