Inventory Report definition

Inventory Report has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(a).

Inventory Report has the meaning as specified in Section 11.7(a).

Inventory Report means with respect to each Timeshare Loan, a weekly (or as needed basis) report presented in an electronic format by the Custodian to the Administrative Agent which report lists any Timeshare Loan Files that are in the possession of the Custodian pursuant to the Custodial Agreement. Each Inventory Report will include any updates thereto from the time last delivered.

More Definitions of Inventory Report

Inventory Report means a report duly executed by a Financial Officer appropriately completed and in substantially the form of Exhibit C.
