California Renewables Portfolio Standard means the California Public Utilities Code Section 399.11, et seq.
Public Service Commission means the Public Service Commission constituted under this Constitution;
SSAP means a sporting sanctions appeal panel to be appointed to determine an appeal against a deduction of points under Rule 13.
Health and Safety Plan means a documented plan which addresses hazards identified and includes safe work procedures to mitigate, reduce or control the hazards identified;
Acid Rain Program means the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides air pollution control program established pursuant to Title IV of the Act under 40 CFR Parts 72-78.
Resource recovery means the recovery of material or energy from solid waste.
Chain pharmacy warehouse means a physical location for prescription drugs that acts as a central warehouse and performs intracompany sales or transfers of the prescription drugs to a group of chain pharmacies that have the same common ownership and control.
Commercial sex act means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.
Health and Safety Laws mean all federal, state, local and foreign laws, regulations, ordinances and common law relating to the health and safety of the Employees of any Person.
SAP means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the statutory accounting practices prescribed or permitted by the insurance commissioner (or other similar authority) in the jurisdiction of such Insurance Subsidiary for the preparation of annual statements and other financial reports by insurance companies of the same type as such Insurance Subsidiary that are applicable to the circumstances as of the date of filing of such statement or report.
Health and Human Services Commission or “HHSC” means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.
POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;
