JA PARTNER means a Module extending the MyJABLOTRON Service with features intended for Important Partners and other entities at the Provider’s discretion, which allow them in particular to (i) establish, activate, configure and, where applicable, deactivate and cancel the Accounts of Installation Partners, Mechanics and in some cases End Users, (ii) Register Devices in Cloud JABLOTRON and, where applicable, discontinue their use, (iii) set up communication of registered Devices with Cloud JABLOTRON or discontinue the communication, (iv) remotely configure the Devices, (v) remotely perform certain tasks for Mechanics and End Users,(vi) grant other Users permission to create Accounts of End Users and other persons,(vii) manage their participation in the Provider’s commission system, and in the event of having agreed so with the Provider, also (viii) to provide the AlarmReceiving Center (ARC) service; all of the

JA PARTNER means a Service made available to Partners within which a person authorized by the Provider is entitled to, through Cloud JABLOTRON, activate, configure and, where applicable, cancel accounts managed by the Partner; all this under conditions stipulated herein and in the GTC;“JA PARTNERSuccessor T&C”means draft JA PARTNER T&C published in the Duration of JAPARTNER on the Website, which in terms of subject-matter and scope of regulation are to replace these JA PARTNER T&C and their date of publication is more recent;“JA PARTNER T&C”means these special terms and conditions of use of JA PARTNER;“Master Partner”means a Partner who is at the same time a Mounting Partner and has, in JA PARTNER, access to all objects, i.e. the Partner’s objects and objects of other Cooperating Partners;“Regulations”means• these JA PARTNER T&C;• SLA (if concluded with the Partner);• General Terms and Conditions of Cloud JABLOTRON;• conditions and contractual arrangements of Providers of support services related to JA PARTNER (if known to the Partner from its activities or provided by the Provider);• legal regulations of applicable law governing these JA PARTNER T&C.“SLA”means a service level agreement entered into between the Provider and the Partner; the subject-matter of this agreement is contractual framework of the level, scope, availability of services provided, support and other rights and obligations of Parties mostly of technical nature;

  • The JA PARTNER Module is designed for Important Partners who, depending on the individual settings of their Account, are able to fulfil their obligations in the area of Cloud JABLOTRON support and to use the extended functionality of Cloud JABLOTRON.

  • The Partner's email address used as the login to the Partner’s Cloud JABLOTRON Account, where the Partner accesses the JA PARTNER Module, is used for sending notifications to the Partner via the Help Desk.The Provider may also use other contact details of the Partner provided in the JA PARTNER Module settings to communicate with the Partner.

  • Upon communication of the necessary Information to the Provider, the Provider will provide the User with access to the JA PARTNER Module within the User’s Account.

  • If the Module User does not agree with the Successor SCU, the Module User is obliged to stop using the JA PARTNER Module and to terminate the contractual relationship with the Provider established by these SCU without undue delay after becoming aware of the Successor SCU, but no later than within one (1) month from the beginning of their effectiveness, in accordance with par.

  • The individual functions provided within the JA PARTNER Module may change over time as Cloud JABLOTRON evolves.

  • In the event of termination of access to the JA PARTNER Module, the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties shall be settled by termination of access due to the gratuitous nature of its use.

  • The use of the JA PARTNER Module is fully subject to the license conditions contained in Art.

  • In the event that the Module User provides the ARC service to End Users with the assistance of the Provider, the Parties shall, in addition to the contractual relationship governed by these SCU, enter into a written agreement whereby they shall negotiate Individual SLA Terms and Conditions governing the exact target level of services to be provided by the Provider to the Module User in connection with the use of the JA PARTNER Module.

  • Any changes to the JA PARTNER T&C made by the Partner not expressly approved by the Provider will be disregarded.

  • Should the Partner become entitled, in connection with JA PARTNER, to compensation of harm due to a breach of obligation arising from these JA PARTNER T&C or a generally applicable regulation, the Provider will be liable only for harm caused by the Provider, in total not exceeding the amount of direct actual damage suffered by the Partner as an immediate and direct result of a breach of obligation based on fault, however not exceeding CZK 1,000,000 (one million Czech crowns).

  • Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause

  • Managing Partner means Geodyne Production Company, a Delaware corporation, and any other Person admitted as additional or Substituted Managing Partner pursuant to Article Six of this Agreement.

  • Alliance Partner means "Flatworld Trading Pvt Ltd ", who has entered into an alliance agreement with Axis Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
