Joint Commissioning definition

Joint Commissioning means where the Council jointly with one or more local authorities or public bodies enters into a contract.
Joint Commissioning means any installation, commissioning, testing or running in of plant, machinery or facilities shown in the Construction Programme as being carried out by the Contractor and the Authority together;

Examples of Joint Commissioning in a sentence

  • Where a Customer's Commissioning Test or a Grid Code Test and if applicable the Capacity Test does not involve a requirement for Dispatch the Customer shall, without limitation to the general obligation set out in this Paragraph 4.5, separately give the Company reasonable advance notice (being not less than fifteen (15) Business Days) of the time and date of carrying out the Customer's Commissioning Tests (other than Joint Commissioning Tests) and the Grid Code Tests.
