Key Milestone definition

Key Milestone the Milestones identified in the Implementation Plan as key milestones and in respect of which Delay Payments may be payable in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Part C of Schedule 7.1 (Charges and Invoicing) if the Supplier fails to Achieve the Milestone Date in respect of such Milestone;
Key Milestone means a Milestone for which liquidated damages are provided in Appendix I.
Key Milestone means a Date for Delivery of a Deliverable, or for the completion of a particular Service or other Supplier's Activity, that is specified as such in the Payment Particulars or Order Documents, as may be adjusted under this Agreement.

Examples of Key Milestone in a sentence

  • If AxxxXxxx fails to timely achieve a Development Key Milestone as a result of Aarvik’s failure to timely perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, then the deadlines for the applicable Key Milestones will be extended to commensurate with the delay caused by Aarvik.

  • In the event that any Key Milestone is not met, LIFFE shall promptly notify the CBOT of the missed Key Milestone.

  • Subject to Section 2.5C.2. Contractor has investigated to its satisfaction Applicable Law and Applicable Codes and Standards and warrants that it can perform the Work at the Contract Price and within the Key Milestone Schedule, Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date and Required Final Completion Date in accordance with Applicable Law and Applicable Codes and Standards.

  • If it is later determined that the Work was not Defective, then Owner shall reimburse Contractor for all costs incurred in connection with such repair or replacement and a Change Order shall be issued for such amount and shall address any impact the repair or replacement may have had on the Key Milestone Schedule, Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date and Required Final Completion Date, as applicable.

  • At the end of a Key Milestone, the Leader may submit changes to the work and/or the subject of the program.


More Definitions of Key Milestone

Key Milestone means any Milestone identified as such by the Parties in accordance with Schedule 8 (Transition and Transformation) and in relation to any Change Management Services. Key Performance Indicators means the service measures required by the Customer as set out in Appendix 3-A of Schedule 3 which are not Service Levels Key Personnel means those individuals identified as such in Schedule 18 (Key Personnel).
Key Milestone means each Milestone which is identified in the Milestone Plan as being a 'key milestone';
Key Milestone means a key milestone in the performance of this Agreement, as identified in the Time Schedule.
Key Milestone means any Milestone identified as such by the Parties in accordance with Schedule 2, Exhibit D (Transition) and Exhibit E (Transformation) and/or in relation to any Project;

Key Milestone has the meaning given in Subsection 7.1(a).
Key Milestone means any Contractor Milestone indicated as a Key Milestone in the "Key or Cross-Liability Milestone?" heading in the Master Milestone Table;
