Project Lead. The Coach will serve as the primary point of contact for the Vendor and will manage the day-to-day operations and delivery of the Services as they relate to the Coaching Assignment. This includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: 3.6.1. identifying and coordinating the necessary resources for the Coaching Assignment; 3.6.2. maintaining and tracking project calendars/timelines; 3.6.3. identifying and escalating issues to the Citizens’ Contract Manager; 3.6.4. status reporting to management and other stakeholders; 3.6.5. identifying and managing significant project risks; 3.6.6. ensuring content quality for services produced; 3.6.7. ensuring the timely delivery of business requirements, business rules, and ensuring link to business strategies and scope; 3.6.8. coordinating project scheduling and costs; and, 3.6.9. conduct meetings to provide status and progress updates and review outcomes and feedback from training and coaching activities.

The School District shall use the “Project Lead The Way®” and “PLTW®” markings and identifying names and references on all program materials, course offerings and communications with faculty, students, officials and community constituents. PLTW, INC. will supply the School District with appropriate instructions and labels, markings and all other identifying material to facilitate the proper promotion of the Project Lead The Way® program. All press releases and other public pronouncements involving the Project Lead The Way® program shall be subject to the advance approval of PLTW, INC. through the Project Lead The Way® State Leader. The School District agrees to reasonably promote and publicize the Project Lead The Way® program, and to retain its distinct character.
Project Lead. Promptly after the Effective Date, the Parties will appoint a Project Lead (the “PL”) for each project to facilitate the communication of the Early Development activities. Each Party shall appoint its respective PL within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, and may substitute its PL, in its sole discretion, effective upon written notice to the other Party of such change. Each Party’s PL shall be a project manager and will have appropriate expertise and ongoing familiarity with the Research and Development Plans. The PLs shall keep each other informed of all details of the activities under the Early Development Plan and the Late Development Plan, subject to Section 3. The PL responsibilities shall include (i) scheduling meetings, including the JC; (ii) setting the agenda for such meetings with solicited input from other members, including the JC.

The Project Lead assists the CVC-OEI in communicating and coordinating the project efforts at the College. Online courses that have been submitted by Participating College faculty for peer review, instructional design, and accessibility support. The course review assesses alignment with the CVC-OEI Course Design Rubric for design and accessibility. The CVC-OEI Director of Professional Development oversees the review process and manages the standards impacting when courses are sufficiently aligned and can be badged accordingly.

Project Lead. During the Development Period, PalmSource shall provide Licensee with reasonable access to a primary engineering project lead (the “Project Lead”). If the designated Project Lead is unavailable due to vacation, PTO, or illness that lasts longer than one (1) business day, PalmSource shall provide Licensee with access to a secondary Project Lead. The assignment of these resources will be solely determined by PalmSource.
