Key Role(s) definition
Key Role(s) has the meaning given to it in Clause 26.1 (Key Personnel);
Key Role(s) a role described as a Key Role in Schedule 9.2 (Key Personnel) and any additional roles added from time to time in accordance with Clause 14.4 (Key Personnel);

The Authority may identify any further roles as being Key Roles and, following agreement to the same by the Supplier, the relevant person selected to fill those Key Roles shall be included on the list of Key Personnel.
