Key Role(s) definition

Key Role(s) has the meaning given to it in Clause 26.1 (Key Personnel);
Key Role(s) a role described as a Key Role in Schedule 9.2 (Key Personnel) and any additional roles added from time to time in accordance with Clause 14.4 (Key Personnel);
Key Role(s) means those roles identified in the Order Form and which are carried out by the relevant Key Personnel;

Examples of Key Role(s) in a sentence

  • The Authority may identify any further roles as being Key Roles and, following agreement to the same by the Supplier, the relevant person selected to fill those Key Roles shall be included on the list of Key Personnel.

  • The Supplier shall ensure that the Key Personnel fulfil the Key Roles at all times during the Contract Period.

  • The Parties have agreed to the appointment of the Key Personnel in Part C of Schedule 5 (Implementation Plan, Authority Responsibilities, Key Personnel and Satisfaction Certificate) which lists the key roles (“Key Roles”) and names of the persons who the Supplier shall appoint to fill those Key Roles at the Contract Commencement Date.

Key Role(s) means those roles to be fulfilled by personnel from either Party and agreed by the Parties to be essential for the successful performance of the Services.
