Labour Agreements definition

Labour Agreements has the meaning ascribed thereto in in Section (12)(g) of Schedule “E”.
Labour Agreements has the meaning ascribed thereto in in Section 12(g) of Schedule “E“. “Law” means any and all laws, statutes, codes, guidelines, ordinances, decrees, rules, regulations, by-laws, treaties, notices, judicial, arbitral, administrative, ministerial, departmental or regulatory judgments, injunctions, orders, decisions, rulings, determinations or awards, decrees or other requirements of any Governmental Entity having the force of law and any legal requirements arising under the common law or principles of law or equity, including, without limitation, laws concerning privacy and / or security of personal health information, and the term “applicable” with respect to such Laws and, in the context that refers to any Person, means such Laws as are applicable at the relevant time or times to such Person or its business, undertaking, property or securities and emanate from a Governmental Entity having jurisdiction over such Person or its business, undertaking, property or securities.
Labour Agreements means legally binding labour agreements for the project or operational phase that must be adhered to at all times. Copies available from the relevant Human Resources (HR) Department.
