Land or Lands definition

Land or Lands means the land or lands legally described in Item 2 of the General Instrument and any part into which the land or lands are subdivided;
Land or Lands means the land or lands legally described in recital A of this Agreement and any part into which the land or lands are subdivided;
Land or Lands means all land within the Town including a parcel of land, described in a deed or other document legally capable of conveying land, or shown as a lot or lots or block in a registered plan of subdivision, including public road allowances and Town owned lands;
