Roadway Plans. 5.1 The plans and specifications for improvements to Olympia Drive prepared by Xxxxxx and approved by Landlord, entitled “Olympia Drive Plan,” prepared by Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., dated July 20, 2012, included as Sheets C8 and C9 of the Approved Plans, a copy of which plans and specifications are on file with Landlord, Tenant, and the Amherst Town Clerk.

Roadway Plans. Title sheet; detailed index; general notes; typical sections; summary of quantities; estimated quantities; plan-profile sheets; special design sheets; construction sequencing sheets (when necessary), traffic signal sheets, traffic control plan; complete form grades for interchange ramps, loops, and channelized intersections (in accordance with current Design Manual, at 25 feet intervals); permanent directional signing sheets that include layouts, details (signs and overhead assemblies), and estimated quantities; detailed pavement marking sheets; Right-of-Way Coordinate Sheet(s), final cross- sections; and all notes and data used to develop the plans.

(Xxxx) is pleased to present this proposal to provide geotechnical drilling, laboratory testing, engineering analyses, and recommendations for the Phase II engineering services for the proposed replacement of the bridge carrying Xxxxxxx Road Bridge over Xxxxxx Creek, in Oswego, Kendall County, Illinois. Xxxx prepared a structure geotechnical report (SGR) during Phase I design. This proposal is for a roadway geotechnical roadway report (RGR) and preliminary environmental site assessment for soil disposal. The following describes our proposed scope of work, cost estimate, and assumptions made in developing the cost estimate.
Roadway Plans. The Roadway Expansion will be designed by the City Engineer, or such other engineer as is selected by the City, in accordinace with applicable rules and regulations. Upon completion of the preliminary plans and specifications for the Roadway Expansion (the “Roadway Plans”), the City Engineer will submit a set of the Roadway Plans to Developer for review. Developer may, at its election, provide a written request to the City specifically identifying any requested additions to the Roadway Plans, which may include a deceleration lane into or other improvements serving the Development, within thirty (30) days of receipt. If Developer fails to provide such written request within this thirty (30)-day period, Developer will be deemed to have requested no additions to the Roadway Plans. In the event that Developer does timely request additions to the Roadway Plans as set forth herein, the City agrees to cooperate with Developer to agree on modifications to the Roadway Plans, provided that the City and Developer will enter into a cost sharing agreement pursuant to which Developer will fund all costs incurred by the City in connection with the design, permitting and construction of such additions.
Roadway Plans. The roadway plans are working drawings that show the location, configuration and dimensions of the prescribed work that includes: layouts, profiles, structures and other necessary details.
