Water Features. If a Property contains an above or below ground pool, lake or any body of water, Owner acknowledges that the city, county or municipality in which the Property is located may have different swimming pool barrier requirements than the respective Property’s state requirements and that Owner shall comply with all applicable state, city, county and municipal pool barrier requirements and/or any other requirements in connection with the installation of any necessary pool barrier at Owner’s cost and expense.
Water Features. Strict regulations govern the use of water features. Exhibitors wishing to position a water feature on their stand must apply for written consent at least six weeks prior to the Exhibition. The consent is subject to the approval of the Authorities and the Organisers reserve the right to pass on to the Exhibitor any inspection fees charged in connection with this.
Water Features i. The location of springs, together with the location of ponds, lakes, streams, and rivers bordering on or running through the surveyed property, observed during the process of conducting the survey. See Table A, Item 19 for wetlands locations. ii. The location of any water boundary on the surveyed property. The attribute(s) of the water feature located (e.g. top of bank, edge of water, high water mxxx, etc.) should be congruent with the boundary as described in the record description or, in the case of an original survey, in the new description. Water Features. Although neither the Declarant nor the Association shall have any obligation to install any fountain, lights, rockery or other water feature not necessary to the drainage of a Lake ("Water Features") in any of the Lakes, the Association has agreed to permit a builder to install, at such builder's option and sole cost and expense,' a Water Feature consisting of water fountain and lights in the Lake located on Tract E of Division 2, and the Association may in the future agree to allow Water Features to be installed in one or more of the other Lakes; provided, however, any Water Feature installed in a Lake shall be subject to the prior written approval of the ACC with respect to design, siting and other specifications. The Association shall provide the maintenance and repair for all approved Water Features and shall carry liability insurance in such forms and amounts as it deems appropriate for such Water Features; however, the cost of the maintenance, repair, and liability insurance for a Water Feature shall be borne solely by the Owners of the Lots which directly abut the Lake containing such Water Feature in equal pro rata amounts, and such abutting Lot Owners shall promptly reimburse the Association for costs when billed. Thus, for example, the Owners of Lots 71-73, 75 and 77-80 in Division 2 shall, if any Water Features are built on the Lake on Tract E, each be responsible to pay one- eighth of all such Water Feature-related expenses. 8. ADDITION TO SECTION 1.4.1 (Enforcement)
Water Features. Materials and pumps are subject to the suppliers warranty. Nu-Trend Landscaping workmanship is guaranteed for one year except for damage as a result of negligence or normal wear and tear.

All other water feature components are supplied with a 3 month guarantee after handover date.   • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
