LEA Data definition

LEA Data means what is defined in the Agreement as ‘LEA Data’, ‘Student Data’, ‘User Content’, or ‘Your Data’, provided that such data is electronic data and information submitted by or for LEA (or collected by ClassDojo and Processed on behalf of LEA) to the Services. [‘LEA’ means the entity that executed the Agreement together with its Affiliates (for so long as they remain Affiliates) which have signed the Int. DPA, Student DPA, and Service Agreement.]29
LEA Data means what is defined in the Agreement as “LEA Data”, “Student Data”, “User Content”, or “Your Data, provided that such data is electronic data and information submitted by or for LEA (or collected by ClassDojo and Processed on behalf of XXX) to the Services.

Examples of LEA Data in a sentence

  • For Operator to provide services to the LEA it may become necessary for the LEA to share certain LEA Data.

  • All instances of "Student Data" should be replaced with "LEA Data".

  • In performing their respective obligations under the Agreement, LEA and Finalsite shall comply with all Texas laws and regulations pertaining to data privacy and confidentiality applicable to LEA Data, including but not limited to the Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and Texas Government Code Chapter 560.

  • It is further agreed and understood that the policy shall include coverage for crisis management costs, credit-monitoring expenses, payment of monies requested in connection to cyber extortion of LEA Data, and defense costs, fines, and penalties related to a Data Breach.

  • Upon written notification from the LEA to terminate the account, the Company shall promptly delete or return to the LEA all LEA Data in its possession or control, unless a student and/or parent has created an individual account with the Company and wishes to retain their account information.

  • This Agreement is applicable only to the extent that the Company processes LEA Data that originates from the EEA, and/or that is subject to the EU Data Protection Laws on behalf of the LEA as a Data Processor in order to provide Services per this Agreement.

  • The Company shall process LEA Data with the LEA’s consent in order to provide the Services pursuant to this Agreement.

  • This shall not apply if the Company is required by an applicable law to retain some or all of the LEA Data.

  • The Company may transfer LEA Data to the United States where it will be processed.

Related to LEA Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Pseudonymous data means personal data that cannot be attributed to a specific natural person

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing, and control data, preclinical data, clinical data or all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product in the Field (including any Drug Master Files (DMFs), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Market Data means pricing or other data related to Securities and other assets. Market Data includes but is not limited to security identifiers, valuations, bond ratings, classification data and other data received from investment managers and others.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Sensitive Data means information that is protected against unwarranted disclosure, to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI) or other private/confidential data, as specifically determined by the State. Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.
