Learning Services means Red Hat's training courses purchased under an Order Form, including Red Hat's publicly available courses (“Open Enrollment Courses”) and courses provided at a site designated by Client (“On-Site Courses”). “Training Units” are Red Hat's training credits and “JCredits” are additional credits that may be redeemed by Client at a future time in accordance with the terms of this Appendix 2. Except for United States Government end users, all Learning Services and JCredits must be used within one (1) year from the Effective Date of the Order Form or will be forfeited.
