Venue Hire. Full Venue hire is payable together with your signed contract to secure your booking. This will give you use of the venue on the day of your wedding.
Venue Hire. 3.1. The Boomrock venue hire fee includes the use of all facilities specified on the Client Estimate and grounds adjacent, excluding any areas marked "Private".
3.2. The venue fee includes tables, chairs, black or white tablecloths, napkins, cutlery, crockery, glassware, candles (not chair covers or printing), the setting up (excluding table decorations), and clean-up of the venue.
3.3. Metallic foil confetti, glitter confetti or rose petals must not be used inside any building or thrown outside in any open space whilst on the Boomrock site. It remains the responsibility of the primary contact on the booking form to ensure that all invited event guests are advised of and adhere to this policy. An additional clean-up charge may be billed to any Client where metallic foil confetti, glitter, or rose petals has been used.
3.4. The venue fee includes up to 1 hour of familiarisation/liaison and meetings regarding a venue booking by email, telephone call and venue inspection. Whereby a wedding package is booked, co-ordinating time is included complimentary in the package up to the specified limit, except where additional services (not included in the package) are required. The Client agrees any extra time may be charged at the planning rate of $75.00 per hour or part thereof.

Venue Hire. 2.1 Hire
Venue Hire. 5.1 All venues provided by Ditholo Game Lodge are strictly non-smoking venues. Allocated smoking areas are available and are outside the venues.
5.2 Specific, stipulated venues can only be allocated and confirmed upon receipt of the signed Agreement and payment of the full deposit required.
5.3 “Rain plan” venue(s) included and can be discussed with the bridal couple.
5.4 Ditholo Game Lodge reserves the right of admission with regard to any guest of the Client, which decision will be at the sole discretion of the management of Ditholo Game Lodge.
5.5 A list of all venue requirements, venue operating times and closure times and safety procedures will be made available by Ditholo Game Lodge to the Client prior to the wedding / function date.
5.6 All rates pertaining to venue hire are subject to annual increase. Prices may also be increased due to increases in the price of materials and / or services used and without prior notification.
5.7 Music to be played at half volume after 0:00. A standard wedding / function is regarded as starting at 10:00 on the day of the wedding / function and concludes at 0:00. Sunday weddings / functions will conclude at 22:00. A venue overtime surcharge applies of R3 500 (three thousand five hundred rand) (including VAT) per hour after 0:00. Ditholo Game Lodge reserves the right to deduct the delay and / or overtime charges from the refundable breakage deposit set out in clause 4.9 herein- above.
5.8 The venue shall close and be locked at 02:00, and the onus rests on the Client to ensure that their guests vacate the venue timeously, failing which a penalty charge of R5 000 (five thousand rand) per hour shall be charged by virtue of retaining overtime staff in order to close the venue and late clean-up of said venue.
5.9 Setup of the wedding / function venue with standard linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware and furniture is included in quotations.
Venue Hire. 1.1 Croatian Catholic Centre Sunshine agrees to hire the Function Area to the Hirer between the Function Times on the Function Date in consideration for the Hirer agreeing to pay the Hire Fee, the Staff Fee, the Cleaning Fee and any other applicable fees and charges and to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.2 This Agreement is not intended to grant any exclusive rights in relation to the Function Area, and Croatian Catholic Centre Sunshine and its staff and contractors are entitled to full and unrestricted access to the Function Area throughout the Function Times.
2.3 This Agreement relates only to premises, and does not include any plant, equipment, installations or fixtures.
Venue Hire. 2.1. In consideration of the Fee, the Owner agrees to permit the Xxxxx, who must be no less that 21 (twenty one) years old, to use the Venue for the Event during the Hire Period and the Hirer agrees to hire the Venue on the terms of and subject to the Hire Agreement Email, the General Terms and the Special Terms.
2.2. The Hirer accepts responsibility for being in charge of and being on the premises at all times when the public are present and for ensuring that all conditions under this Agreement, and any relevant applicable licence, are met.
2.3. The Owner reserves the right to cancel any booking, without liability to the Owner, in the event that it is brought to the Owner’s attention that the Hirer is under 21 years old.
2.4. The Hirer has satisfied itself/himself/herself as regards the facilities and services available at the Venue and acknowledges that the Owner shall not be responsible for the inadequacy of such facilities, services or specification. Whilst the Owner will always endeavour to provide safe facilities and maintain reasonable standards of cleanliness it must be appreciated that the premises are not subject to full-time supervision and that all hirers have to rely upon mutual co-operation and consideration.
2.5. Use of the Venue may, on payment of the relevant charges, include use of the changing rooms, referee rooms, kitchen facilities and/or pitches associated with it, as specified in the Hire Agreement Email.
2.6. The Hirer is entitled to bring its/his/her own catering/refreshments to the Pavilion but do so at their own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.7. During the Hire Period the Hirer is to be responsible for the efficient supervision of the Venue including (without prejudice to the generality of the above):
(a) the effective control of children or attendees;
(b) the orderly and safe admission and departure of persons to and from the Venue;
(c) the orderly and safe vacation of the Venue and/or evacuation of the guests/attendees/performers in case of emergency;
(d) the safety of the Venue;
(e) the preservation of good order and reputation of the Venue, including avoid disturbing the neighbours to the premises and taking care to avoid excessive consumption of alcohol. Drunk and disorderly behaviour shall not be permitted either on the premises or in the immediate vicinity. Venue Hire. 11.1 Your Booking is for the dry hire of the Venue only and We are providing no services to You.
11.2 We undertake to make the Venue, including fixtures, fittings and furniture contained therein, exclusively available to You in good, clean and tidy condition for the Period.
11.3 We have the right to enter the Venue during the Period but in doing so will exercise those rights in a manner not to be inconsistent with the use of the Venue and causing as little disturbance as possible.
Venue Hire. In consideration of the Fee, the Owner agrees to permit the Client to use the Venue for the Event during the Hire Period and the Client agrees to hire the Venue on the terms of and subject to the General Conditions and the Special Conditions of this Agreement.
