Leased Fibers refers solely to the optical fibers themselves, and does not include any associated Equipment that may be necessary or desirable to enable LESSEE or any other person or entity to use such Leased Fibers for the purpose of transmitting or receiving telecommunications signals.

Examples of Leased Fibers in a sentence

  • If LESSOR notifies LESSEE of any potential or actual failure, interruption or impairment in the Leased Fibers that LESSOR reasonably considers an emergency, then LESSOR will use good faith efforts to take remedial action within a commercially reasonable time.

  • NFN shall have undivided, absolute legal title to ownership in the NFN System, including the Leased Fibers.


More Definitions of Leased Fibers

Leased Fibers means 12 fiber optic strands within the City Network on the route(s) identified in Exhibits A and B, attached hereto, which are leased by Sonic from City under this Lease Agreement.

Related to Leased Fibers

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).
