Legal materials definition

Legal materials means either of the following:
Legal materials shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(d).
Legal materials means and includes any and all opinions of counsel, attorney work product and/or any other legal analyses regarding the validity and/or enforceability of the PDL Patent Family.

Legal materials. Any and all opinions of counsel, attorney work product, attorney-client privileged communications and/or any other legal analyses regarding the validity, enforceability, inventorship, patentability, scope, infringement, ownership, or appropriate damages for infringement of the PDL Queen Patent Family or any patent or application therein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, publicly available information, documents or materials without further synthesis or analysis does not constitute Legal Materials.

  • Biological Materials means any material (including, without limitation, plants, animals, microbes or viruses) of biological origin which contains genetic information capable of reproduction and/or material derived from the same that is collected or produced through the Contract;
