Activation Codes. Partner shall not reuse Activation Codes for multiple End Users or for multiple Software copies for the same End User. Partner must not use Activation Codes from any source other than Dell or an authorized representative.

Activation Codes. Following delivery of the Mist APs, Customer will be required to activate its subscription to the Mist Dashboard. Each Mist AP requires an activation code in order to manage the Mist AP from the Mist Dashboard. Mist will email to Customer’s designated contact the Mist Dashboard activation codes. For any Mist Dashboard Additional Service that requires an activation code, Mist will email Customer the activation code which Customer will enter into the Mist Dashboard in order to activate the Mist Dashboard Additional Service. Mist may elect to make Mist Dashboard Additional Services available to Customer on a promotional basis for no additional fees. In this case, Mist reserves the right to cancel the Mist Dashboard Additional Service at any time. Customer may order Mist Dashboard Additional Services at any time.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT Unless otherwise established in the Product Schedules: Support Services. OEM shall establish and maintain Support Services for its End-Users with respect to the OEM Product and shall train its personnel to satisfy such obligation. OEM may contract Support Services from Supplier for Standard Products, and depending on the Standard Product, Supplier may allow OEM to provide Support Services on Standard Products only after Supplier designated certifications and qualifications are obtained. Support Services will be performed in accordance with the applicable Service Agreement, or as outlined in the Product Addendum and with all published and available technical documentation and specifications that Supplier releases concerning the Standard Product. A transfer of Support Services, if allowed on such Product, must be done in accordance with the applicable Services Agreement (or as outlined in the Product Addendum), and may depend on geographical availability of the Support Services.

Mitra tidak boleh menggunakan kembali Kode Aktivasi untuk beberapa Pengguna Akhir atau untuk beberapa salinan Perangkat Lunak untuk Pengguna Akhir yang sama. Activation Codes. If you purchase and/or use an Activation Code, you agree to comply with the license activation and verification procedure described in part in this section of the Agreement, and more fully on the Aid4Mail website at xxx.xxx0xxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx. The activation technology may prevent your use of the Software if you do not follow the activation process described in the Software. Activation requires an internet connection (unless you have purchased or received an offline option for activation). An Activation Code may be moved from an old computer to a new one that replaces it, as long as such Activation Code is not reused again on the old computer. Conditions for transferring an Activation Code to another user depend on the type of license purchased (see License Types section). Moving an Activation Code to another computer or user account requires license re-activation through an Internet connection (unless you have an offline option for the new location). Our activation technology allows a reasonable number of re-activations within a certain time period. If the number of re-activations exceeds the re-activation quota, it locks out further re-activations until the lockout period expires. The Subscription Period starts when the Activation Code is activated for the first time, or immediately following a previous Subscription Period if it was renewed prior to termination, or on re-activation of the code after the expiry of a previous Subscription Period.
Activation Codes. If you purchase and/or use an Activation Code, you agree to comply with the license activation and verification. The activation technology may prevent your use of the Software if you do not follow the activation process described in this document. Activation, re-activation, and license verification all require an internet connection. The Subscription Period starts when the Activation Code is activated for the first time. Each license has an activation grace period of 4 months. This means you have 4 months in which to activate the license and still retain a license’s full duration of the purchased Subscription Period. Should a license be activated after the 4-month grace period has expired, the Subscription Period will be reduced by the number of days since the grace period has expired and when the license was activated (e.g.: if you activate your one-year license 5 months after purchasing it, you will only have 11 months remaining as your Subscription Period). If the activation code is not used within the normal duration of the license plus the 4 months grace period from the purchase date, the activation code becomes invalid.
Activation Codes. Installation and use of the Wavelink Products requires an activation code provided by Ivanti (“Activation Code”). Each Activation Code is unique to a specific End User and to a specific copy of a Wavelink Product. Reseller will not resell or otherwise distribute the Wavelink Products without an authentic Activation Code. Reseller will not, and will not authorize End Users, or third parties to, circumvent the Activation Code feature of the Wavelink Products. Reseller shall notify Ivanti of any use of Wavelink Products without authentic Activation Codes of which it becomes aware. initiate all orders for Support Services with a written purchase order that lists the name and contact information of the End User to receive support and the quantity, type, and license registration of the Wavelink Products to be supported. Ivanti reserves the right to accept or reject orders in its sole discretion or to cancel any order previously accepted if Ivanti determines that Reseller is in default. The terms of a Reseller purchase order or any other document that conflicts with, or in any way purports to amend any of the terms of, this Agreement are hereby specifically objected to and will be of no force or effect.
Activation Codes. Unless authorized by Supplier in writing, the Server Software activation codes are (i) only for use with the accompanying Client Software on the Hardware or client devices, (ii) intended to associate a single piece of Hardware or client device with the licensed Server Software, and (iii) will not be used to associate Hardware or client devices with any other program or platform. Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all activation codes.
