Licensed Country definition

Licensed Country means, with respect to any Single Seat License, Workstation License, Concurrent Users License, Network Named User License, Named User License or CPU License, the country designated in the applicable Purchase Order or, in the absence of such designation, the country listed in such Purchase Order as the “ship to” address; provided that in the case of a country within the European Union, the “Licensed Country” shall be the European Union.
Licensed Country means any country or territory in which making, having made, using, selling, having sold, offering for sale or importing a given Licensed Product would infringe a Valid Claim of the Renovis Patents in that country or territory.
Licensed Country means any country in respect of which the Licensee holds a valid Operating Licence.

Examples of Licensed Country in a sentence

  • For any Licensed Software that is restricted by a Licensed Country or Territory, temporary usage of such Licensed Software by a user outside the Licensed Country or Territory is permitted while such user is traveling provided that all such usage does not exceed thirty (30) days in any twelve-month period.
