If we provide you with the Licensed Fonts in Web Open Font Format (“WOFF”), you must use the WOFF version of the Licensed Fonts in web-based versions of the Developer Software and not the OpenType font format (“OTF”) version of the Licensed Fonts.
We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, limited license solely to (A) use the unmodified Licensed Fonts to design and develop the Developer Software and with no other software; (B) Embed the unmodified Licensed Fonts into the Developer Software; and (C) distribute and publicly display the Licensed Fonts as Embedded in the Developer Software to enable End Users to view the Licensed Fonts as intended in the user interface of the Developer Software.
Ongoing access to the Licensed Fonts may require a recurring internet connection to use the Licensed Fonts, or to authorize, renew, or validate your access to the Licensed Fonts.
