Licensed Games definition

Licensed Games means the Social Casino Games licensed by Licensor.
Licensed Games. (as applicable) means solely the Supplier games, provided in Supplier Platform, detailed in Schedule A to this Agreement as updated over time to be licensed to the Licensee and subsequently made available to End Users via the Licensee and where applicable Sub-licensee Websites;
Licensed Games means any social casino game served through Licensor’s DoubleU Casino and TAKE5 Slots during the term of the Agreement.

  • Fig may advertise, offer and sell Licensed Games directly, including through the Fig Site(s), pursuant to the license granted in Section 3.1, as well as through Distributors.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.
