Sales Order Form definition

Sales Order Form means the ordering document for the Products, which together with these Terms and conditions form this Agreement. Script: means the unique Javascript generated by Qubit and provided to Customer which, when implemented on a Customer Site, interacts with the Products and enables the Products to function. SLA: means the Qubit standard service level agreement for the Products which is annexed hereto as Exhibit “A” and is incorporated herein by reference.
Sales Order Form means a statement of work, quotation or other similar document describing the Goods and incorporating the Proforma Invoice to be provided by the Supplier in writing.
Sales Order Form means the ordering document for the Services which together with these terms and conditions form the Agreement. Script: means the Javascript and associated protocols provided by Qubit to the Customer pursuant to this Agreement which when implemented on the Customer Site manages the Services. Services: means such services provided by Qubit to the Customer under this Agreement as described more particularly in the Sales Order Form which are implemented on the Customer Site via the Script. Subscription Fees: means: the subscription fees payable by the Customer to Qubit for the Services as set out in the Sales Order Form and paid in accordance with clause 8 of this Agreement.

Examples of Sales Order Form in a sentence

  • Such Qubit resource shall be provided during Normal Working Hours (unless otherwise specifically agreed in a Sales Order Form) on the number of Days agreed in the Sales Order Form.

  • Customer may not apply any portion of any unused Additional Services or fees paid, for any products or services other than those stated in the Sales Order Form.

  • If Qubit fails to meet the relevant Resolution Time commitments for any issue not caused by Permitted Downtime five (5) times during a calendar month, Customer’s exclusive remedy and Qubit’s sole obligation will be for Customer to terminate the applicable Sales Order Form and receive a refund, on a pro rata basis, of any Subscription Fees paid by the Customer that are unused as of the termination effective date.

  • The parties agree that none of the terms and conditions in any purchase order issued by Customer will apply to or modify this Agreement or any Sales Order Form, and that any conflicting terms or conditions in the Customer’s purchase orders shall be null and void.

  • Such individual shall be provided on the number of Days agreed in the Sales Order Form.


More Definitions of Sales Order Form

Sales Order Form means the quotation, order form, signature page, webpage, r statement of work, or other document referencing this Agreement and specifying the relevant agreed commercial terms (including the Fees, and detail of the Application(s) licensed to be made available through the Software-as-a-Services and the Services) as accepted by the Client prior to the Start Date. The Sales Order Form may be attached to this Agreement or may be included in a separate (digital) document(s) or website making reference to this Agreement.
Sales Order Form means any order for the provision of products or services.
Sales Order Form means the Sales Order Form to which these Terms and Conditions are attached or these Terms and Conditions accompany;
