Load Fee definition

Load Fee means the fee charged by the Company at the SIRE Network location for performing the Load or Reload service.
Load Fee means the fee charged by Xxxxxx Beaumont at the SIRE Network location for performing the Load or Reload service.
Load Fee means the fee charged by Mxxxxx Beaumont at the SIRE Network location for performing the Load or Reload service. "Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price" ("MSRP"): The price of the Product Units in United States Dollars, as set forth herein. Mxxxxx Beaumont may change the MSRP of any Product Unit from time to time. Any change to the MSRP of any Product Unit will take effect upon 30 days prior written notice to Distributor.

  • Transaction Fee means the fee, in respect of a Sub-Fund, which may be charged for the benefit of the Trustee, the Registrar and/or the Service Agent or the Conversion Agent (as the case may be) to each Participating Dealer on each Dealing Day upon which an Application has been or Applications have been made by the relevant Participating Dealer.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;

  • Introduction Fee means the fee payable by the Client to the Agency for an Introduction resulting in an Engagement;

  • Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Fee means the fee set forth in the Quotation.

  • Agency Fee means the fee payable by the Partner to Bolt per every event of sale of the Partner’s Goods through the Bolt Food Platform for the provision of agency services to the Partner. Agreed Percentage is the percentage agreed in the Special Terms that serves as the basis for the calculation of the Agency Fee.
