Mercury-containing devices include, but are not limited to, thermometers, barometers, electric switches and relays, thermocouples, manometers, and sphygmomanometers. 3.57 Mercury-containing lamp shall mean an electric lamp in which mercury is purposely introduced by the manufacturer for the operation of the lamp. For the purposes of universal waste management, mercury-containing lamps include fluorescent lamps and high intensity discharge (HID) lamps, including mercury vapor, metal halide and high pressure sodium lamps which would otherwise be a characteristic hazardous waste. Off-specification Used Oil is any used oil that contains constituents at concentrations exceeding the levels contained in Table I of Rule 15.03 or that does not meet the minimum allowable level for Flash Point in Table I of Rule 15.03. 3.58 On site shall mean the same or geographically contiguous property which may be divided by public or private right-of-way, provided the entrance and exit between the properties is at a cross-roads intersection, and access is by crossing as opposed to going along the right-of- way.
