Localized Version definition

Localized Version means localized versions of the Software.
Localized Version means a Derivative Work of the Software and Business Procedures that implements the core functionality of the Software and Business Procedures, but incorporates the language, currency and functional variations for the Territory, which Derivative Works are in each case created by or for use by ABT/UK
Localized Version means a version of the LA Software and Documentation that has been localized for use in the Japanese language and has been (i) requested in writing by the Reseller with a detailed description of the desired localization changes, (ii) reasonably determined by LA to be commercially feasible to develop and implement; and (iii) reasonably determined by LA to constitute a necessary customization of the LA Software for use in the Licensed Territory.

  • ABT owns all right, title and interest in and to the Software and Business Procedures, together with any Localized Version or other modifications to the Software and Business Procedures made by either ABT or ABT/UK in connection with Localization of the Software or Business Procedures.

Localized Version means a version of the Program provided for in Section 3.7.
