Union Materials. 14.01 Union made materials and machinery shall be given preference where price and quality are equal.
Union Materials. The Union shall have the right to distribute Union material 29 and literature on the premises of the Employer provided that if done by employees they 30 do so on on-work time, and provided it is not done in such a manner as to interfere with 31 the operational requirements of the Agency.

b) Subject to the efficient operation of the Company, the Company will not contract out bargaining unit work. Any work the Company deems necessary to contract out will be discussed by the Union Plant Committee and the Company prior to the contract being let. The Company will not purposely under staff any department so as to increase the workload where it can "deem necessary" the contracting out of bargaining unit work.
c) The Company shall provide the Union Plant Committee with a monthly list of work that has been contracted out in the previous month along with the reasons why it had been contracted out.
d) A union sticker will be placed on the main employee entrances stating that this facility is a Local 300 Union shop. This sticker shall be no larger than six (6) inches.

O-1 The Employer shall provide space on bulletin boards upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of meetings and such other notices as may be of interest to the employees. However, the contents of such notices shall be subject to the approval of the Human Resources Office prior to it posting.
