Examples of Major Modifications in a sentence
Developer shall not make any “Major Modifications” (defined below) to the Project without first amending this Agreement to permit such Major Modifications.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in the Existing Regulations, if the Planning Director approves a Minor Modification or if the City approves a Major Modification (and the corresponding amendment to this Agreement for such Major Modification), as the case may be, Developer shall not be required to obtain any other Discretionary Approvals for such modification, except for ARB approval, in the case of certain Major Modifications.
The City may impose fees, exactions, mitigation measures and conditions in connection with its approval of Minor or Major Modifications, provided that all fees, exactions, mitigation measures and conditions shall be in accordance with any applicable law.
Lessee shall not make any Major Modifications without the prior written consent of Lessor acting reasonably except to the extent the same is required by law, permitted by any provision of this Agreement or required to comply with any manufacturer’s service bulletin.
