Managed Services Fee definition

Managed Services Fee means the fee payable for the provision of the Hosted Services as set out in the Schedule 3 - The Services Order Sheet (“SOS”).

Examples of Managed Services Fee in a sentence

  • In consideration of the Managed Services Fee, Techcare shall provide the Managed Services from the Acceptance Date until expiry or termination of this agreement for any reason.

  • The services that comprise the Managed Services Program, and whether or not such services are designated as mandatory or optional, and the amounts for the services included in the Managed Services Fee may change from time to time.

Related to Managed Services Fee

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.
