Managed Services Fee definition

Managed Services Fee means the fee payable for the provision of the Hosted Services as set out in the Schedule 3 - The Services Order Sheet (“SOS”).
Managed Services Fee means the monthly cost of the Managed Services, as specified in Exhibit A.
Managed Services Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule M.
