Manager Employees definition

Manager Employees means employees of the Manager or its Affiliates.
Manager Employees means employees of the Manager or its Affiliates. (aa) “Manager Sale” means:
Manager Employees means all (i) those persons currently employed (or on Employee Leave or any other approved leave of absence) by Manager, and (ii) those persons listed on Schedule 5.1(u) who are currently employed (or on Employee Leave or any other approved leave of absence) by Crown American Enterprises, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation.

Examples of Manager Employees in a sentence

  • In the event of a Qualifying Manager Termination, and notwithstanding any provision of the Plan to the contrary, all outstanding unvested Awards held by Manager Employees shall vest in full as of such Qualifying Manager Termination.

  • To the extent permitted by the Annual Business Plan or otherwise approved by the SAC Board, Manager may supplement SAC with additional Manager Employees.

  • Manager shall provide overall pay and benefit administration for SAC Employees (if any) and Manager Employees in accordance with the Annual Business Plan.

  • Manager shall compensate Manager Employees in accordance with Manager’s standard compensation policies and practices for personnel who perform the same or related tasks, subject to regional pay differences.

  • Manager Employees shall be provided with personnel benefits no more favorable as a whole than those provided to Manager’s other personnel performing the same or related tasks in addition to workers’ compensation, unemployment compensation and all other benefits required to be provided for its personnel under applicable law.


More Definitions of Manager Employees

Manager Employees means those employees of Manager or its Affiliates who are working at the Facility on a full-time or substantially full-time basis and who are not Enterprise Employees, which employees shall hold or perform the following positions or job functions: (1) General Manager and/or Chief Executive Officer; (2) Director of Operations; (3) Director of Finance and/or Chief Financial Officer; (4) Director of Marketing; (5) Director of Information Technology; and (6) up to four additional positions or job functions to be designated by Manager in its discretion from time to time.
Manager Employees means those employees of the Manager or its Affiliates who are working at or providing services to the Facility as set forth in Section 4.6.3.
Manager Employees means those employees of the Manager or its Affiliates who are working at the Facility or for the Enterprise with the written approval of the Business Board and are not Employees of the Tribe. The parties anticipate that there will be relatively few Manager Employees. Manager Employees are persons retained by Manager to perform the duties and obligations of Manager with respect to the day to day operation of the Enterprise. During the course of employment at the Facility or for the Enterprise, the reasonable compensation of the Manager Employees, as determined by the Business Board, shall be an Operating Expense. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.6.8(e) of this Agreement, by the end of the Term of this Agreement, all Enterprise Employees will be Tribal Employees.
Manager Employees means those employees of the Manager who are working at the Facility and are not Employees of the Authority, the Enterprise, or the Tribe.
Manager Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).
