Market Timing means transactions deemed by the Compliance Officer to constitute the short-term buying and selling of shares of Funds or Private Accounts to exploit pricing inefficiencies.
Secondary Market Transaction shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.1 hereof.
market surveillance means the activities carried out and measures taken by competent authorities to check and ensure that devices comply with the requirements set out in the relevant Union harmonisation legislation and do not endanger health, safety or any other aspect of public interest protection;
Secondary means that a Plan's benefits may be reduced and it may recover the Reasonable Cash Value of the services it provided from the Primary Plan. (The Order of Benefit Determination Rules below determine whether a Plan is Primary or Secondary to another Plan.)
Direct Market Access or “DMA” means an arrangement among a Sponsoring Broker, its Customer and BSEF that allows one or more representatives of that Customer to have Trading Access using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker.

Market Monitor means the head of the Market Monitoring Unit.
Marketing means a direct or indirect offering or placement at the initiative of the AIFM or on behalf of the AIFM of units or shares of an AIF it manages to or with investors domiciled or with a registered office in the Union;
Street tree means a tree planted in the sidewalk, planting strip, and/or in the public right-of-way adjacent to (or specified distance from) the portion of the street reserved for vehicular traffic. This also includes trees planted in planting strips within the roadway right-of-way, i.e., islands, medians, pedestrian refuges.
analyst means an Analyst designated by the Minister under subsection 65(1) of the Act.
Strategy means the Department of Education International Risk Management Strategy for Homestays and Short Term Cultural Exchanges developed and implemented under section 171 of the Working With Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 as in force at any given time.
Market Analysis means a technique used to identify market characteristics for specific goods or services “National Treasury” has the meaning assigned to it in section 1 of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);
Marketing Information means marketing studies, marketing analyses, and similar research and information designed to identify potential customers and business relationships.
Market transition charge means a charge imposed pursuant to

Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere.
Monitoring Indicator means a measure of HSP performance that may be monitored against provincial results or provincial targets, but for which no Performance Target is set;
Research Analyst means any individual employed by Loomis Sayles who has been designated as a Research Analyst or Research Associate by Loomis Sayles. A person is considered a Research Analyst only as to those Covered Securities which he or she is assigned to cover and about which he or she issues research reports to other Investment Persons or otherwise makes recommendations to Investment Persons beyond publishing their research. As to other securities, he or she is simply an Access Person.
Pricing Information means the information relating to (i) the number of Shares issued and (ii) the offering price of the Shares included on the cover page of the Prospectus.
Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;
Pricing means any and all fees, rates and prices payable under this Contract, including pursuant to any Schedule or Exhibit hereto.
Primary language means the dominant language used by a person for communication.
Cooperating country means the country in which the employing USAID Mission is located.
Market Data means pricing or other data related to Securities and other assets. Market Data includes but is not limited to security identifiers, valuations, bond ratings, classification data and other data received from investment managers and others.
