All cheques payable out of the Pension Fund shall be signed by one Employer Trustee and one Member Trustee, or by other persons or in other manners as the Board may from time to time direct.

A Trustee will cease to be qualified as a Trustee in the event, and as of the date, such Trustee dies, is judged incompetent, or, in the case of a Member Trustee, is no longer a member of the governing body, officer or personnel of a Member, or becomes incapable of performing the duties of the office of Trustee, a guardian or conservator is appointed for such Trustee, or such Trustee is otherwise disqualified from acting as a Trustee by reason of applicable law (each, a “Disqualification”).
