Member User means any natural person who is an employee, agent or contractor of Member and who is appointed and authorised by Member to use and administer the Service and the Member’s Sedex account with high level access and editing rights on behalf of Member; there may be more than one Member User per Member “NDA” a non-disclosure agreement between Sedex and Member or Auditor concerning the mutual disclosure of confidential information exchanged by the parties from time to time relating to the Member’s or Auditor’s membership of Sedex pursuant to the Agreement or otherwise

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.
