Membership Report means, during the applicable period, a membership report for such period (together with year-to-date summaries of such information) showing (i) the number of memberships sold, (ii) the revenues (gross and net) from the sale of such memberships and (iii) the amount of such revenues that are Membership Deposit Liabilities and refundable in future years and the date of eligibility for such refund.
