Merchant Builder definition

Merchant Builder means a commercial developer, homebuilder, apartment developer or other owner of real property within the Proposed Development that is designated by the Developer, in writing, as authorized to submit Land Use Applictions to the County.
Merchant Builder means an individual, company, partnership, corporation or similar entity that obtains land previously subdivided for the purpose of constructing new residential units upon the subdivided land.
Merchant Builder means a Person who acquires Lots or Parcels in Cold Spring Ranch for the purpose of improving and constructing Dwelling Units or other Improvements thereon for resale to the general public; provided, however, that the term “Merchant Builder” shall not mean or refer to Declarant or its successors as the Declarant under this Declaration.

  • Owner agrees to include in any future agreement to sell all or any portion of the property to any person or entity for the purpose of constructing and marketing owner-occupied residential dwelling units (each, a “Merchant Builder”) provisions requiring the inclusion of the following “escrow instructions” in all sales by such Merchant Builder to residential home owners.

Merchant Builder means a person or entity that will acquire a portion of the Project for the development and sale of Residences thereon.
Merchant Builder means any entity, approved by City in accordance with Section 7.7 of the Disposition and Development Agreement , purchasing a portion of the Project from Original Developer for the purpose of constructing in-tract improvements and Residential Units on portions of the Property zoned for residential lots for the purpose of sale of such Residential Units to members of the home-buying public uses or constructing Commercial Units and related improvements on portions of the Property zoned to allow commercial use, retail, and/or neighborhood-serving uses.

  • Merchant lessee means a lessee that is a merchant with respect to goods of the kind subject to the lease.

  • Owner-builder means an owner or lessor of real property who, by himself or by or through others, constructs or has constructed or reconstructs or has reconstructed any improvement to real property.

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies.   • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Delta means the positive or negative number that is a measure of the change in market value of an option relative to changes in the value of the underlying interest of the option;

  • Network Operator means the provider of the Network.

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;

  • Airport Manager means that term as defined in section 2 of the aeronautics code of the state of Michigan, 1945 PA 327, MCL 259.2.

  • Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.

  • Design-Builder means the Person selected pursuant to the RFP that enters into the Contract with the Department to design and construct the Project (also referred to as the “Design-Build Team”).

  • Marijuana processor means a person who processes marijuana items in this state.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Chevron means Chevron Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Merchant Services means services provided to merchants relating to the authorization, transaction capture, settlement, chargeback handling and internet-based transaction processing of credit, debit, stored-value and loyalty card and other payment transactions (including provision of point of service devices and other equipment necessary to capture merchant transactions and other ancillary services).

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.
