Owner agrees to include in any future agreement to sell all or any portion of the property to any person or entity for the purpose of constructing and marketing owner-occupied residential dwelling units (each, a “Merchant Builder”) provisions requiring the inclusion of the following “escrow instructions” in all sales by such Merchant Builder to residential home owners.
