Merchant Portfolio definition

Merchant Portfolio means a portfolio of merchant contracts.
Merchant Portfolio shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Merchant Portfolio means the aggregate of Approved Merchants participating in the Program pursuant to this Agreement and all additional Merchants in a Subsequently Acquired Portfolio which are approved by SERVICERS to participate in the Program pursuant to this Agreement and whose contract for Transaction processing and settlement services with another Member has been assigned to SERVICERS.

  • IPAYMENT shall be responsible for initiating a transfer of the BINs and ICAs for the Merchants in Merchant Portfolio to another Member, for providing any and all information, documents or materials as may be necessary to effectuate the transfer and addressing any information requests from VISA or MasterCard.

More Definitions of Merchant Portfolio

Merchant Portfolio means the group of approved Merchants participating in the Merchant Program pursuant to this Agreement.
Merchant Portfolio means a portfolio of contracts for credit card servicing transactions with merchants or an economic interest therein.

Attached as Exhibit B is a list of certain categories of Merchants who are always unacceptable under the Merchant Processing Policy, along with a summary of other policy guidelines and standards. “Merchant Processing Agreement” shall mean a written agreement among ISO, Bank and an Approved Merchant that governs the Approved Merchant’s participation in the Program, as provided by and/or approved by SERVICERS and ISO. ISO shall cease its use of any form of Merchant Processing Agreement that becomes unacceptable to SERVICERS within ninety (90) days of receipt of written notice from SERVICERS or such shorter period of time as may be required to comply with the Rules or to prevent a loss to SERVICERS. For the avoidance of doubt, ISO shall be responsible for effecting any necessary and appropriate amendments to the Merchant Processing Agreement that may become necessary as a result of subsequent amendments to the Rules or SERVICERS’ requirements. In the event a Merchant refuses to consent to any such amendment during the applicable ninety (90) day period, ISO will notify SERVICERS,
Merchant Portfolio means the provision of services to, and agreements with, any acquiring bank, originating depository financial institution, merchant or any other person that authorizes (i) credit or debit card transactions from a card association card holder, (ii) ACH transactions, (iii) Check21 transactions or (iv) gift and loyalty card transactions, or the referring of any merchants or any of the foregoing persons to any person conducting such transactions (including any rights to receive residual fees and any other assets related to such merchant portfolios or used or useful in such business).

  • Current Portfolio At any time, the portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Cash and Eligible Investments representing Principal Proceeds (determined in accordance with Section 1.3 to the extent applicable), then held by the Issuer.

  • Non-Discretionary Portfolio Management Services means a portfolio management services under which the Portfolio Manager, subject to express prior instructions issued by the Client from time to time in writing, for an agreed fee structure and for a definite described period, invests in respect of the Client’s account in any type of security entirely at the Client’s risk and ensure that all benefits accrue to the Client’s Portfolio.
