Message Unit or “System Minute” means sixty (60) seconds or less of connected call time in the Service. As an example, a call connected for ninety (90) seconds shall be equal to two (2) Message Units
Message Unit or “MU” is used to send and receive each (un-timed) phone alert and each SMS text message and is used for each conference call minute; provided, that, more than one Message Unit may be consumed for one or more of these functions in locations where the local delivery costs are higher, as detailed in the table below. Each conference bridge minute equals the landline and/or mobile number of MUs per country per the table below.

Professional Services will be described in a separate statement of work. • Community Notification Enrollment (“CNE”) Page (public self-registration): Contacts may sign up on the CNE Page and enrollment information will be transferred to Customer. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Provider may notify such individuals that their data will be transmitted to Customer, and that the transmission of such data to Customer may render it public record and is subject to Customer’s privacy policies.
