Microsoft Terms definition

Microsoft Terms means the relevant Microsoft terms and conditions that apply to the Microsoft Products including any replacements or amendments. At the time of the publication the relevant terms are the Microsoft Cloud Agreement published at xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/en-us/partner- center/agreements and the Product Terms and Online Services Terms published at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The relevant terms and conditions and websites may change from time to time without notice. "Minimum Use" means, in relation to a Number, the minimum number of calls which must be made using such Number during the Initial Period or any subsequent period as set out in the Order;
Microsoft Terms means the Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement, Online Service Terms, Microsoft Cloud Agreement, and the Microsoft Service Levels, which are available online at the Microsoft website, or on request from Interactive, and any other terms or policies referred to in those Microsoft terms or that apply to the Azure Managed Sentinel SIEM services. Microsoft Terms includes the following: Planned Outage Period means an outage period declared by Interactive or a CRP for any reason, including maintenance requirements on a facility, networks, infrastructure or systems, de-installation of infrastructure, or infrastructure, firmware or software currency upgrades.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Third Party Terms means, if any, the end user license agreement(s) or similar terms for the Third Party Software, as applicable and attached as Exhibit D.

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • template version has the meaning ascribed to such term in NI 41-101 and includes any revised template version of marketing materials as contemplated by NI 41-101;
